American Small Business Credit is Healthy Even After Government’s Shutdown in October

The American small businesses showed the rise in credit balances and decrease in non payment in October even after the government was shutdown. Small businesses in the west are doing better than there in the east. The overall performance of small businesses across America is good. According to Moody’s Analytics report, the small business credit index increased for a third straight quarter to 118.5 (up 2.5) points compared to previous quarter.
